Hello everyone, I am hoping that someone may be able to help me. My daughter who is 37, is returning to England after living on and off in China for the past 4 years. She has bad depression and is moving back to live with me and her Dad. She is going to have to start getting herself better, but in the mean time, are there any benifits that she might be able to claim until she can get back on her feet and get a job?
Than you

Hi @karenlinda1959 and welcome to the community. It's good to have you with us.
I'm not a benefits expert, so cannot give direct answers to your questions, but there are plenty of people here with a great deal of expertise. If you can bear with us, they will be in touch with you in due course.
It might be useful for you to try the benefits calculator https://www.scope.org.uk/support/disabled-people/benefits/check?_ga=2.119995149.405444417.1517054923-1832321402.1513208436, completing it as if for your daughter. Otherwise, as I say, other help should be along soon.
Warmest best wishes to you,
Richard -
