Hi girls n guys just to let you all know if driving in this weather your insurance won't cover any accidents you might have police Scotland issued this as of 3pm today I don't know if it's the same in England hope this helps and if you need to drive please be careful x

I find that hard to believe, read your policy details I don't think you will find anything about do not drive in bad weather. If you don't keep your car serveried and have a current MOT that is a requirement of taking out car insurance. You agree to keep the car in a road worthy condition, tyres, wiper blades, brakes, steering lights and serviced as required.

This could be an issue. Check and clear away snow. Check lights and wipers as @wilko says. Good advice. Check also exhaust pipe, blocked snow. Also just remember to wipe away snow from roof and side windows.
Seen that slide down windscreen covered up while still driving.
What ever you do keep warm and safe
Simple do not drive if you have to.
