enhanced mobility

Hi i get standard rate pip for mobility . i have nerve damage in my feet . i am confused about the how far you can walk rule . can anyone help. i am in severe discomfort all of the time. when i walk it feels like i am walking on small stones. my feet throb ache and tingle. this is over any distance. the only relief i get is when i sit down with my bare feet up on a foot stall . even then they are numb and throbbing. do i qualify for enhanced pip i really don't know.
