susankaysusankay Member Posts: 19 Connected
Hi i get standard rate pip for mobility . i have nerve damage in my feet . i am confused about the how far you can walk rule . can anyone help. i am in severe discomfort all of the time. when i walk it feels like i am walking on small stones. my feet throb ache and tingle. this is over any distance. the only relief i get is when i sit down with my bare feet up on a foot stall . even then they are numb and throbbing. do i qualify for enhanced pip i really don't know.

You are not required to walk pain free but any pain that limits your walking should be taken into consideration

Hi, CR has given you great advice.

Remember you must be able to do the activity, safely, repeatedly and to an acceptable standard.
