Hi everyone,
I just wanted to put a reminder that although users can discuss their own medical situation and experience, we are not allowed to post medical advice/instructions.

I tastes like I would expect wet garden rubbish to taste but I think I've gotten used to it now.

It doesn't make you feel sleepy.
No contradiction.
A pill may make you feel drowsy this stuff doesn't make you feel anything at all.
You have it an hour before going to bed.
Go to bed get a better nights sleep.
Doesn't work for everyone.
Some people have to take it daily for a few days before any result.
If you take it and don't go to bed it won't make you sleepy and impair you in any way.
If your woken in the night by the baby crying you won't be feeling drowsy from the oil because you don't feel anything from the oil.2 -
Enjoying the discussion but everyone needs to run this past their gp if on meds already.
I need to be careful what over the counter stuff I buy.
I am off my pain relief, GP monitored. Not touched anything as a replacement. It's only a week. Ask me that in a month!1 -

Found either to be complimentary but not always a great taste.1 -
Is there anything that helps with staying awake and gives an energy boost? I get lots of sleep but wake up each time feeling more tired0
-
If it's not med side effects, I would glance over the lifestyle.
Coffee, not hydrated enough, diet, uncomfortable bed.
You might think you gets lots of sleep but to wake up more tired suggests its not quality sleep.
Changing my pillows-ah bliss.1 -
I can't seem to post a reply
Right so I just did but I've tried to post replies regarding bulletproof coffee and ....

There is absolutely no thc in the cbc oil that's can be purchased legally here in the UK the one they sell in Holland and barrett isn't very strong and pretty foul tasting didn't help me at all but there is defo reputable dealers you can purchase Charlottesville Webb is one but I would always discuss it first with your gp .0

Hi @whistles, thanks for your reply. Your right it is poor quality sleep think I use up so much energy doing all manner of things that I could never do in the real world. Got a nice bed and good pillows, no coffee and stopped meds.
If only I could record some of the stuff I do in my sleep Scorsese and Tarantino would be fighting to get the copyrights0 -
One day they will able to record our dreams so we can watch it back. Most likely Google will get their first. They have virtual realities and headsets on the market.
It's annoying if I wake before the dream is finished. Bit like missing the ending of a film.1 -
Right I just saw a little message pop up.
My posts are being moderated for some reason.
I only recently landed here but it looks like I may be taking off again.0
