Help with PIP appeal

Hello I am 60yrs old have Fibromyalgia, Ostio-Arthritis Tinnitus and chronic pain, feel tired all the time We are bringing our Grand daughter up who is nearly 9yrs old now and Autistic.. I have 2 boys over 38yrs old and my Hubby has a Daughter nearly 30 yrs old...I am trying to get info to help me on my appeal for PIP
