Hello good morning ladies hope your looking good.

SUNDAY ROAST.

Miss having that as a single gentleman.  No oven not working. So I thought saw those plate microwave meals. Sunday one morning. Do Beef, Lamb, plus Chicken . Looks great on the box.

From a certain discount store.  Opened it up to see it all plastic covered cling film. Not enough for me.  Wow the old joke how did you find your meat sir. Well it was hiding under a pile of veg  .lol.

Tiny pieces of meat with minimum veg only thing bought tears to me was the price. As I choked on every piece lying down clutching my wallet.  Thinking what a waste.  Back to slow cooker Sunday .

Never mind will not do that again.

Useful tray though once empty used it as frisbee out the window .  Sorry not one to pollute the environment.  Am a green Spiceman.

Being ill eating this rubbish lol.

Tennis is on so more exercising for me. Keeping fit all that running around watching, the pounds slip way. Just thinking about it.

All mine fluffy look like when I put them on a fashion faux pas disaster .  With my furry sweaters. Some sort of animal polite suggestions please am sensitive.

You could always see where I was because had a cloud of fluff following me every where.

Back to the fleeces and tops for Winter.

Golly gosh it soon will be help lol

Hello every body 

BIG  as in circus.  All now non pc so glad.  Hated to see the animals been well treated like that.

What and how we all expected to see animals do tricks and turns.  Not realising the mental harm and cruelty.

Do know now a stop has been put to this cruelty.
