Hello @susan48 So sorry it is a form of hiking.  Lugging heavy packs and other equipment on their backs. What the Paras or soldiers do with all their equipment.   In cold wet weather usually.  In Dartmouth they do a round trip of considerable distance .  A yomp is a long walk with heavy equipment.  Sometimes SAS do this.

Has been known if they fail in a certain time limit.  Do it again.

Hope that is clear.  Sorry about that.

Hello every body sorry confusion .  Irish fries or Ulster fries is a cooked breakfast in Ireland with Soda Bread on the side.  Irish bacon, black pudding.  Eggs, Sausages.

Understand I do know standard fare in the old days of travelling.  The café circuit especially the ones frequented by Irish community.  Also in guesthouse as well.  B&B'S .

Always visited area like Blackpool and Liverpool.  Excellent hospitably from the community of travellers.  Buying and selling.  After eating one of those breakfast filled up all day.

Another glimpse of The Spiceman's life.
