Let me start by saying something I tell most newcomers here, which is that you have found a safe space here, that you are among friends and that we are very, very glad to have you with us. Don't be shy, therefore, of telling us about yourself or asking any questions, as the better we get to know you, the more easily we may be able to help.

You will find many here who know what depression and anxiety is like, including myself, and I am sure some of them will be along to chat to you in due course.
