Hi I've got pip paperwork to fill out soon is there anything in particular I should be careful how I word or phrase things?

Is this a new claim or a change from DLA ?
If it is a change then be aware that the criteria are different and many people who did recevive DLA are losing out
Have a look at the B&W self test
