I'm afraid I don't think we can begin to answer this question without knowing a great deal more than we do, such as which benefit it is that you're due to be paid and what the history of your claim is. If you'd care to tell us more I am sure someone will try to help you, but the only people I can think of who would know the answer are the benefits agency concerned.

Yes you should be paid as normal. Only payment due on bank holiday might be affected
