Hi I suffer with fibromyalgia arthritis and bulging discs would be nice to chat to others to find out they cope and how their families cope xx

You'll find we have a lot of members here with the conditions you mentioned, so you should be hearing from some of them very soon. Have a look at the conversations and, if you can, please join in. It's a good way to get to know others.
