I went for a face to face pip assessment on the 26.03.18 . The computers were down and I was only in there for half an hour. The assessor didn't seem to go through all the form that's what I thought. I suffer from epilepsy which was only diagnosed 4 years ago which has lost me my job. Every day is different as it's not under control I really struggle with life and don't go out of the house by myself anymore. Any ideas on what to do

Hello @justg72 and a warm welcome to the community. I am glad you've found us. I can't give you a direct answer myself - you need one of our benefits specialists, and they will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Bear with us in the meantime and we will get back to you.
Warmest best wishes to you,

Hi justg and welcome
First thing is to ring and ask for a copy of the assessment report asap
The length of an assessment is not an indicator of the award, the HCP is taking notes at the times and the report is completed ata later time.
If the HCP has read your evidence and PIP2 form they may just have been confirming what they read or if they haven't they may have seen enough to have an opinion which they will marry up with your form and evidence.
Either way it is not possible to speculate on the outcome
One thing that might be a good idea is to start a daily diary which can help with a variable condition

Hi I have rang DWP today that was a nightmare in its elf. Had to go through to a number of departments I am getting sent a complaints form which I will certainly be completing on behalf of myself. I also feel for the other people who had an assessment at 9.00am that morning so I will mention that as well
I have asked for my assessment report. The lady I spoke to today agreed that she didn't think this was right either and said that this definitely needs looking into further. Waiting for the forms now. Justg721 -
