Residential care home for young adults

I am wondering if anyone knows any residential care homes for young adults with multiple and profound disabilities. Looking for a lovely placement for my 18 yr old son. Is a wheelchair user. We are in Sussex but will go anywhere for right place.

Hi would it be a nursing home basis as in total care or is he able to look after his self at all
