I have a boy who is nearly 3 who has a speech and language delay. I am also looking at schools at the moment for next year and am wondering if he is likely to get a statement of SEN and if so how? Thank you

Hi @cbc2017
If you think your child may have special educational needs, contact the SENco-ordinator, or ‘SENCO’ in your child’s nursery.
Contact your local council if your child isn’t in a nursery.
Your local Information, Advice and Support (IAS) Service can give you advice about SEND.
