Hello @Victoriad Thank you my friend another part of mental health to look at. Consider this then. Understand walking or being one with nature helps to relax and being outside.
Something to look at again for my self. Know being outside gardening helping. Could be another place to go. Where I live have Hamsterely Forest.
Been a few times. Last time with Mental Heath charity. Making notes now. Summer coming whenever that is. Need to look at alternatives.

Its hard when going outside is your anxiety. For me I had to focus on the steps to a destination to be outside before I could appreciate being outside. I still have "time slots" for being outside. Maybe thst makes me more thankful when I can be mindful and look at nature.1
