Hi all,
I signed up to Scope a wee while back but never had time or energy to actually explore the forums. I've been signed off work and finally getting round to it now.
I have Fibromyalgia, ME and Aspergers.
When I'm well enough, I am a cook for a children's charity however I am in the process of looking for another job as my condition has gotten progressively worse and I don't think the role is conducive to my health.
Last time I was at work I had a back spasm and fell, thankfully I didn't have anything sharp or hot in my hands at the time but it was very frightening.
Having the time off I am staying active but in a gentle way. I accidentally overdid it on Monday just passed and needed the whole of yesterday to recover but this is all about trial and error.
Ok I am getting tired from typing but looking forward to becoming part of this community!
