    A lot depends on how long the award is, but 18 months to get it back eats into the award, my partner did the same it took 1 year to get to court, then awarded 3 years till review, DWP sent for review 1 year early so she had it only one year, we got it back dated for the year but could not get a car as it was too late, glad we didn't now as we would have had to pass it back early.

    I always say, if you can get your own car so you don't risk losing a motability one.
