The simple answer is that the assessor was trying to establish if you go to a bank or the post office to get your money. If so then you can mobilise, can handle money and have no problem finding your way there. Meds mean very little. They could indicate that you do have a condition but then it depends on the type and dosage involved - they by themselves will not get you points.
