I went for my PIP assessment and when I got it back I got six points so I put in for a I put in for a MR so they're looking at my claim again do anyone know if I will get it back doing this or will I have to appeal in a manner factory sideration I've got personality is disorder do you think I will get my benefit back or will I have to appeal against can anyone tell me please updating for this or will I have to pay against it and go to tribunal can anyone tell me what do you think I get it back I sent proof of doctors letters and my carers for a letter as well can anyone give me some light on this please thank you

Hi,Most MR decisions remain the same, only 20% of them are successful. The likely hood of you having to take it to a Tribunal is very high, so be prepared for this.If you do have to take it to a Tribunal then you won't have to pay for this. Appearing in person will give you the best chance of a decision in your favour.
