Hello @froggy63 and a warm welcome to the community. I'm glad you've found us.
I know it might seem a little unnerving at first, but this is a safe place and you are among friends. Do you think you could manage to tell us a little more about yourself and your situation?
Warmest best wishes,
Richard

Hello there, My name is Paul and I have mental health issues due to a traumatic childhood. I'm a survivor of CSA whilst in the family home and whilst in care of the local authorities, which as now become the largest criminal inquiry in British history into CSA whilst in care. I'm a survivor, I've co wrote my own true book of accounts which is now available on Amazon. I want to share my true story to show that there's always light at the end of the tunnel..Paul www.bluefrogsefton.com www.amzon.com/author/paulwaine.
