"Disabled people can have eating disorders too"

I just saw this article by Micaela Evans on Twitter about her experiences of having an eating disorder and being disabled.
It's an interesting and thought provoking read - hopefully it might help anyone going through similar to Micaela to know they are not alone and also to encourage people to think about improving support for disabled people with eating disorders.
