When will they review claims after court ruling?

Hi I spoke to my local dwp today and they where rather rude. I suffer from depression and aniexty and was awarded 0 points across the board last year. The government bought in the new law where all pip claims that got 0 points where going to be reviewed. I tried asking today when this will be and they told me same answer as from January they have not got round to this and don't know when. I feel I am getting ignored. Does anybody know when this will happen please or have had there's reviewed yet.

Why dont you start a new claim and this will be treated as a new application.

If it's anything like the esa ruling, they still haven't back paid everyone four years later. It took two years for me!!!!

Nobody knows when the case reviews will start or how long it will take. How long is a piece of string???
