Hi all,
i am a lone parent without a 13 year old at home. Was working had a fall and injured my back tried ended up on ESA, now stopped and in an awkward place as bills are due. -

It might be a good idea to get a local face-to-face appointment with a benefits specialist if there is one.
This might help you to decide whether or not to challenge the negative ESA decision. It should also enable you to explore what are your current options.

Welfare rights you can get number from your local council .also your local citizens advice office .there's quite a lot around .I've found both very helpful .good luck
