I am a cerebral palsy “spastic dyllegia”
suffer aged 56 does anyone else who has been born with a disability find that it got do able in the middle of your life but worsen again now got older if you know what bad good bad simply put x

Welcome to our community and good to meet you.
I have spastic quadriplegia and as I have gotten older my mobility has changed. I have that exercising really helps me, particularly swimming, as it is low impact on my knees etc.
Have you contacted your G.P. to discuss the possibility of physiotherapy? I will include a link to a good discussion about Managing your CP
