What should I expect from a PIP medical?

I have my medical for my pip. I suffer severe fibromyalgia to the point I’m housebound and it affects my daily routine and also my routine with my children. I also suffer severe thyroid issues too. Which is also awful. What should I expect from this medical I’ve never been to one.
