I like the Canadian people analogy - very useful.
I also think it is important that the filmakers have questioned why organisations require a business case to employ more disabled people - they do not write a business case to emply Canadians...

I used the clip in a workshop yesterday for prospective students. They had the idea that we should label ourselves as Canadian rather than disabled...I quite like the idea
