difficulty in meeting women in Hertfordshire

I have MND and for the last 3 years my wife and I have been separated due to my illness, I cannot just go out to meet people due to me feeling uncomfortable about my appearance due to what my ex said and what I agree with skinny arms and legs, belly and a walking frame but I crave the closeness and intimacy of a partner I have tried dating sites but once they hear about my condition they break contact. Can anyone give me any ideas as disabled dating site won’t accept my email address
