I had my appeal for pip upheld by a judgeat tribuneral 25.5.18
Dwp have appealed 15.6.18
I have heard nothing how long does it take for results
I have intractable epilepsy tonic clonic and complex focal sz.

There could well be a long delay in organising the appeal to the Upper Tribunal.

They havent referred it just want a reply from th judges office which is apparently the delay. Ta anyway

So, all that’s happened is that they’ve asked for a statement of reasons and record of proceedings from HMCTS. When they have that they’ll form a view as to whether there’s snything yo appeal about.
