Welcome@DebbieBibb,
My son has High Functioning Autism and lve been his carer for eight years now. I get brlp from Assist at the National Autistic Society who help him with counselling once a week. I go there for counselling too as l was diagnosed just two years ago at aged 62.
I help others in Hammersmith and Fulham the borough where l live. I'm a self elected, self trained Autism Advocate pushing for change in service provision. You can ask me anything and ilI try to help to the best of my ability
