Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024

Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.

While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.

As ever, please make sure that your comments remain respectful of other people's opinions and keep to our online community house rules.

Hello @daybeliever740   Pleased to meet you welcome.

Thank you for sharing.  Sorry what has happened.

I am unsure of an answer to your benefit query. Some one from our team or community will know.  Have you seen our benefit advice.  Could be a solution to your question.

Speak to CAB could be useful have a lot of information and wealth of knowledge on benefits and other things to support you.

May I add who is supporting you at this present time. Consider looking for some one to help and cope for your mental health.

    Look on line for advice.

I myself suffer from stress, anxiety and depression.  Know this never easy and every day is different.

One of the reasons have had support found on line. Worth trying to use some techniques to relax you.

I have music on and use meditation to help. I understand and hard it can be.

I wanted to welcome you as a new community member . We are a supportive friendly community.  Care and share.

Lots of advice and information. New friends.

    Hope that helps.

    Take care
