Hi @key1582, welcome to the community! How long have you been waiting? I know some people have waited for up to a year for this date. What is the tribunal for? We have specific boards for the different benefits that you may find interesting
If you need anything at all then please do not hesitate to be in touch!Scope -
Its for pip and I've been waiting about 3 months cause they stopped my DLA all I'm getting is ESA though my partner

I hope it isn't much longer for you! If you go to our PIP board there will be a lot of discussions about thisScope

Hi @key1582,
I found this response from our benefits advisors on another community discussion, which may be of interest to you:There is no fixed timescale, and it does vary geographically, but roughly, its around 2-3 weeks for the Tribunal to log the initial appeal, another month or so for the DWP to prepare the bundle, and another 4-6 months for the hearing date. There's also lots of information about PIP appeals on the Citizens Advice website, including information about tracking your tribunal which you may find useful.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions then please do get in touch!
