I don’t know what questions they will ask that’s the problem I’ve no idea as not been through anything like this before
There are no standard questions. Remember the tribunal are not trying to catch you out. They ask the questions they think will help them understand the difficulties experienced carrying out the PIP activities. They will focus on things that they are still unclear about having read the paperwork before the hearing,

You need to move on from the assessment because that's in the past now.

I'm sorry to hear that. You can request the Statement of Reasons and Record of Proceedings within one month of the date of the decision. Once you receive them you'll need to find someone to have a look to see if they can find an error in law. If it's not found you can't take it any further.

You can reapply but before doing this i'd advise you to either do some research of your own so you have some understanding of the PIP descriptors and what they mean. It does help to have some understanding.  DLA was completely different to PIP and you can't compare either benefits. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/personal-independence-payment-assessment-guide-for-assessment-providers/pip-assessment-guide-part-2-the-assessment-criteria

If you're unable to do this then i'd advise you to get some expert advice to check that your son can score enough points needed for an award. Start here. https://advicelocal.uk/
