Hi guys please delete if not appropriate, for my gcse DT I am researching and creating a product for people with disabilities, to make life a little bit easier, if I could have 2 minutes of your time that would be greatly appreciated

Many thanks,

Henry

Hello I’m struggling his to make my dt jewellery box inclusive I was going to add a section on colour blindness for my coursework but it’s rare in females and my client is a female so my product is fairly girlie any ideas ?

Hi @Zan342, have you asked what the client would like? Perhaps their idea of girly is different from yours? Just because something is rare doesn't mean you can't try to make your product more accessible.

Additionally, I would also suggest perhaps not using the world "female" as a noun when referring to other people. It can be seen as being demeaning, even if you don't mean that.

Hi @hb327 correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you are allowed to post surveys on this forum unless it's in the research section and if I'm thinking correctly I think it has to be tested by scope.

@durhamjaide2001 that post is over 2 years old, Zan necro'd (if you're unfamiliar with the term, it's forum jargon for bringing a very old thread "back to life" like necromancy) it but I felt like helping rather than shutting it down. The original survey is so old the link no longer works, I checked just to make sure.
