I bow to your greater knowledge of Tribunals! I was merely going on the advice of a disability rights solicitor who advised me to post a copy of a document to the Tribunal and take the original to the hearing. Fitted with my experience at work where folk would frequently ask me to comment on a letter that they had kept at home...Username_removed said:.... I’ve never met a tribunal in 32 years with the need to establish the authenticity of a document. Not one. Ever. That’s North Wales, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Devon and Cornwall and 3 decades. ....0 -
For your information and I don't really know why I should even reply to your post, but yes I used to work for the government and yes I have spent my whole career in never taking anything that the public say or write at face value.anonymous1981 said:

A very good point especially given that there are some excellent 'artists' that can forge anything including what appears to be medical reports, and test results! I have even seen what appeared to be a genuine HMRC self assessment that purported to show very little income - the paper, the printing and even some of the calculations looked perfect - that is until I had hold of a copy sent to me by HMRC showing figures of income that would make your eyes water.Cheshire2 said:
Also originals of any documents just in case judge wants to satisfy himself they are genuine.:
I am aware of and see the possibility of deception in most things especially where the public and the government are involved I have had 44 years of experience in doing so.
Always work on the principle that if evidence supporting a statement is sent in then that statement should be given the weight it deserves. I have come across many that simply expect the government to accept everything a claimant says is the whole truth.
In the meantime I have reported your post as being inflammatory and the personal insults as likely to give rise to doubting my integrity.

This forum is about supporting people and not for throwing accusations and remarks like that. There's no need to use hurtful comments like that, that's specifically aimed at one member. The comments have been reported.

So?! He’s put it in plain English. It’s people like him that are the reason people like me have to go thru this appeal system! I stand by what I said, he and every other person working in the government sector are vile humans! Why else would they see so many of us suffer needlessly? Wake up and smell the coffee!poppy123456 said:This forum is about supporting people and not for throwing accusations and remarks like that. I do not need to read this type comment and will be pressing the ignore buttonMay I suggest that this is an appropriate course of action which anyone can take with this type of individual1

I agree @CockneyRebel the ignore feature is always the best in these situations.

I really don’t careUsername_removed said:I have also reported the post. I profoundly disagree with @yadnad’s post almost as much as @anonymous1981 but that wasn’t an appropriate response and the ignore button is not enough for posts like that.0 -

Wouldn’t it be great if we could say that to these government workers? But no we can’t! We just have to accept the punishments they put in place like sanctions and taking clearly disabled people off benefits. When that stops, I’ll stop.Weedavey72 said:

Not personally, across the board! When employees are given cash incentives to get as many people off pip then what is that?Username_removed said:If only...
Anyone who believes government employees are doing stuff on purpose to them personally has issues no forum should even think of addressing. Please just report the posts.0 -
What facts? I’ve given you facts, you’ve gave me nothing.Username_removed said:A number of posts have been reported by several people. My delusion will be staying around.
It’s actually really easy to argue with stupidity. You just pick it apart with facts. Abuse is what you do when you don’t have facts. No-one is saying they’re helping. However, the idea that when they don’t help they’re doing so on purpose and aimed just at you is just exaggerated abject nonsense.0
