The bigest problem is when using a mobility scooter on the pavement is inconsiderate parking to close to hedges or walls or across drop kerbs. Drivers seem not to care and when asked to give space you get a mixed response, yet if you scratch their car because of their selfish parking they moan at you. Tough if they park to close and I scratch their car on passing that’s their problem shouldn’t park on the pavement.1
