I have no idea if this is the correct place to put this post...
I am wondering if there are any padlocks, suitable for outdoors, aimed at people with strength and dexterity issues?
I have a shed with a padlock and it is a nightmare for me.

Hi @mehrfarbig
Great question! I love the challenge of trying to find potential answers to queries I haven't been asked before.
Please take a look at the video at:
https://lockwholesale.co.uk/product/padlock-for-disabled-people/
would it meet your needs?
If you can give free delivery from Amazon it is a bit cheaper there: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Master-Lock-Padlock-2650-mobility/dp/B00373TX32
I think you could make an argument not to pay VAT on this item: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/reliefs-from-vat-for-disabled-and-older-people-notice-7017
Hope this helps

Most padlocks involve closing it against a spring, which is a problem.Old style ones are turn-to-lock though. You might benefit from a holder tool too.0

Only concern with the Easy-to-use PushKey™ lock is the fact it doesn't look like it is waterproof so would get damaged very quickly on a shed outside.0

Hi Sarah
I agree that the weather could be an issue. I find that with my own regular padlocks but the application of lots of WD40 regularly does help.
The addition of a padlock shroud would offer the lock a degree of protection https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Padlock-protector-hasp-and-staple-anti-crop-shrouded-lock-shield-clasp-c-w-bolts-/271973620170
However I appreciate it also adds to the expense and could also make the lock more fiddly to use.
There was a product on the market called padlock saver
https://www.facebook.com/Padlock-Saver-116528248420461/ that would have probably have offered sufficient weather protection but I can't find anywhere selling them now so I think they may gone out of business. As you can see from the videos it was a simple design and I bet the clever folks at Remap could solve the weather protection issue for you: https://www.remap.org.uk/
Best Wishes
