Had a face to face assessment at home for pip can i use this as evidence in my esa claim.

    Hi,
    I thought the Tribunal placed you into the WRAG and your payments stopped because of the 365 day rule when claiming CB ESA.

    Been told to make a new claim as I paid national insurance contributions up till the end of 2015.

    I was told as since my last assessment my conditions has got a lot worse and to add extra medical evidence to my new claim.
