do I need to be on ESA because I'm not fit to do work

Hello I'm 57 and got Ostioarthritis and fibromyalgia .I recently taken a waitress job up and had to give it up because I couldn't carry heavy trays I'm in so much pain.it has gotten to the stage my body say no waymbut my mind says yes you can do it.so do I need to be on ESA because I'm not fit to do work

So sorry to hear about your pain and having to leave your job, that must have been really tough. I'd advise having a look at the benefits calculator mentioned above by Steve to see what benefits you may be entitled to- have a go, and do come back to us with any questions.
