Pleas can you help me as I cannot walk as my leg give me a lot of pain as I have rheumatism very bad I cannot get to see my GP or get to the shop with out being in a lot of pain , I live on my own as my wife past away six years ago .[full name removed] thank you hope can help if so can you send some one to see me .
