Hi - not new to Scope but somehow got locked out.  Tried to reset password but no email received- very strange.  Wondered whether there was a problem your end.

Thanks Pippa. Very strange.  I normally go straight through to Scope, password saved on device.  Hopefully i shall stay in this time!!
