Hi Iput in a mandatory reconsideration and was turned down again I have been refeared to the cardiologist at Crosshouse hospital in have a faulty valve in my heart and angina plus I have kidney disease stage 3 and suffer from clots I have depression and anxiety and suffer from panic attacks I dont know where else to turn to any advice

Hi,
Most MR decisions remain the same. You now have 28 days to request the Tribunal and you’ll need to fill out the SSCS1 form and send this and the MR decision letter to HMCTS. I’d advise you to contact your local welfare rights or any other advice centre near you. Waiting times for tribunal hearings can be as long as 1 year I some areas. Good luck.0 -
