Hi, I’m new to this group, I’ve never done anything like this before (talked online to other people I don’t know!) so it feels very odd. I have cerebral palsy. I need to ‘get over it!’, and stop feeling sorry for myself...

Hi @grannykit welcome to the community!
It takes a long time to accept a disability, we all go through a phase of feeling sorry for ourselves, don't worry, it's normal!
Please let us know if there is anything we can help you with!Disability Gamechanger - 2019
