Overdrive is an Android and ios app that allows you to borrow ebooks, audiobooks, videos from your local library. I’m pretty sure you have to be a member of the library in order to borrow. 
I particulary like audiobooks which can be very expensive so since it’s free it’s great. 
You can download free on the app and play store.
