Hi IME feeling so down had a big rowwith my other half can't sleep because IME so wound up with anxiety n stress don't know what do know one to turn to IME all alone my family don't bother with me because of my mental illness n they can't handle the fact either ihave multiple sclerosis is anyone hear to talk to can't get through to the Samaritan been on the phone over 3/4hr n still can't get t hrough  :-(
