Hi there everyone I've been diagnosed we with spondylosis in the shoulders and it give me so much pain even down my back its horrible.

Hope you are not in to much pain today. I find that warm baths help (at least for a little while anyway). Have you spoken to your doctor who maybe can increase pain relief for the really bad days?... Probably a silly question but just thought I would ask . I have found that taking Vitamin D with Calcium does help.
