ESA tribunal, what to expect

I have es tribunal hearing on Monday 29, October at 3 pm can you please advice me what to expect I am have been been on benefits for 25 years I have arthritis for 24 years I am on waiting list for knee replacement I also suffer from back pain for 23' years I also suffer from incontinence and deprssidep.llooking forward to hearing from you
