ESA UNderpayment

Hello i was on Income support then they moved me to ESA in 2013 i think. They put me in work focus group but this year after assessment they put me into support group.Will i be entitled to ESA back payment. If so how do i go about it.Thank you

Hi,

ESA WRAG Contributions based is paid only for 365 days, so you would have been claiming Income Related ESA not Contributions based. ESA Support Group Income Related is £127.15 per week, single person. If this is what you're getting then i highly doubt they will owe you any money.
