Hi,PIP isn't awarded based on a diagnosis, it depends how those conditions affect you daily. Evidence from a GP isn't the best evidence to send because a GP doesn't know how your conditions affect you. The evidence should state how your conditions affect you against the PIP descriptors. No one can tell you what to write on the SSCS1 form because we don't know how your conditions affect you. Further help and advice is needed from this point but as you've left it so late time isn't on your hands to get the request sent to HMCTS.This guide may help you but i wouldn't be able to advise what you can write, unfortunately. When sending the SSCS1 form make sure you send the MR decision letter with it otherwise they will refuse your request.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
A couple of questions. Have you had a face to face assessment with CAPITA or ATOS for your PIP claim. If so, and you were given zero points on all descriptors, have you requested a Mandatory Reconsideration. An Appeal to the Tribunal is different to a Mandatory Reconsideration. You cannot go for an appeal to The Tribunal, until you have the result of the MR. One other comment, our NHS would not function without foreigners, as you put it. If you can answer the above questions, then I am sure the forum will be able to offer you further advice.
