I have arthritis, I have had a new hip but need a new knee. \I will not have this done, was told I needed to lose two stones anyway. At 71 and disabled and every step painful how can you do this. I was managing the knee OK by straightening it up but last week getting out of the car, I think I must have twisted my other knee, I was on the walking aid for two days and the pain is bad. I take co-codamol 8 a day but it dowsn't touch this new twisted knee. Any suggestions, should I try and put it straight myself and how? or what p;ainkillers would work for it. I take glucosamine and CBD oil 900 also. Apart from that I am lively and chipper and have a hoist in my car to lift my scooter in the out for gong to town. I love Mr Tesco who brings me all I want every week for just £1. I have family nearby in the same village and many friends. I do miss my wonderful gentle loving husband who passed over 18 minths ago riddleld with cancer, it was so unfair. But I have so many things to be thankful for, I live in a lovely village in Ceredigion, have plenty of space and wonderful views. I want for nothing so I am very priviliged. I am very happy to have joined this group.
