Hi I have got a face to face interview on Friday 16th November already starting to feel stressed last time I had to go to appeal to get my award

Hi @sue76, and welcome!
Sorry to hear you're feeling this way. The process can feel overwhelming but we have lots of friendly members here on the community who'll be able to help you through, regardless of the outcome. Wishing you all the best for your face to face, do let us know how it goes! -
Thank you and yes I will let you know how it goes just don't understand how you can be awarded something till July 2019 then for them to change it
-
They have to do it that far in front because they are so far behind due to the amount of appeals if they left it till the end of your award your payments would stop before you received a new award
-
Thanks that makes sense
